UK Archaeological Sciences 2009 Biennial Conference

Tuesday 8th – Thursday 10th September, 2009

Hosted by NERC Isotope Geosciences Laboratory and Department of Archaeology, Nottingham University at The British Geological Survey, Keyworth, Nottingham

Programme. Talks and poster presentations on the following themes:
- Materials and technologies
- Mobility and migration
- Geo-Archaeology
- Forensic Archaeology
- Human Environment Interaction
- Dating
- Plants, Animals and Domestication
- Genetics
- Issues surrounding destructive analysis
- Laser ablation isotope analysis in archaeology

Submission deadline for abstract/poster presentations is Friday, May 11th 2009
Delegate registration form must be submitted no later then 30th June 2009

A workshop entitled "Analysing the Bronze Age" will be held, after the UKAS conference, on Friday 11th September.
